What's New

Guideposts Outreach Ministries responded to 45,000 prayer requests last month. Your support helps us help others.

There’s always something new at Guideposts.

We’re blessed to hear so often from people who have been
    helped by Guideposts.

Our Outreach Ministries staff touch more lives each day, in
partnership with organizations and volunteers across the
    country and the world
.

New donors join with us to make a difference, and long-time
    friends provide ongoing support.

We continually look for new ways to reach out to those who
could be helped by Guideposts, but who don’t know where to     turn or have limited resources.

On this page we will periodically bring you stories about What’s New at Guideposts. We hope to have you back here often.

What’s New: Celebrating a Life of Good Works

Imagine having the library of Norman Vincent Peale’s sermons and writings right in your own home or office. Thanks to family and friends of Dr. and Mrs. Peale, and other generous supporters, you can access an archive of his work through the Guideposts Web site.

In honor of Mrs. Peale’s 95th birthday, Guideposts donors provided the financial resources needed to establish the virtual archives. We are grateful to all who helped create this lovely legacy.

Stored in the archives are over 700 sermons, all of Dr. Norman Vincent Peale’s booklets, and many of his books. Our returning friends, and those who are new to Positive Thinking, can search the archives by subject, by person, or by other topics, and be inspired by Dr. Peale’s dynamic works of faith.

Coming Soon: We will soon announce an online tour of a portion of the archive, with a focus on items from the Peale’s personal memorabilia. In the tour you will see numerous photos, Dr. Peale’s Medal of Freedom presented by Ronald Reagan in 1984, other awards, and gifts received by Dr. and Mrs. Peale throughout their life and ministry. Check back here to learn how to take the tour.

Click here to access the Norman Vincent Peale Archive today. A nominal fee is requested, in order to help us keep the Archive growing and available to those who need it.
